It helps if you can say which page, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. It is not required. “The listing search does not work with my keyboard” is enough to act on.
If the barrier is stopping you from doing something now, say so and we will do it with you: read a listing over the phone, send the details in whatever format works, book the showing, or fill the form in for you.
The standard
Built to WCAG 2.1 level AA.
That is the target the site is designed and reviewed against. It has not been certified by anyone.
Contrast is measured
Every text-and-background pair in the palette is checked by a script, with the measured ratio recorded rather than estimated. The tightest pair that ships sits at 5.21:1 against a 4.5:1 requirement, and most are far higher.
Gold is never small text on a light page
The brand colour measures 2.28:1 as text on white, so it is used as a fill under black text, as a rule, and as text only on the dark band where it measures 9.01:1.
You can see where you are
Every focusable element shows a visible focus ring, including inside the dark sections where a dark ring would vanish. No outline is removed anywhere, on any control, for any styling reason.
Fingertip-sized, with two exceptions
Every button and form control is at least 44 pixels tall, and the sticky call and WhatsApp bar on a phone is 48. The bar is padded clear of the iPhone home indicator so its bottom third is not under a system gesture. Two kinds of link are shorter than that: a link set inside a sentence is only as tall as the line of text it sits in, and the wordmark at the top of the page is the height of the mark beside it. If either is hard to hit on your phone, tell us.
Motion is opt-in
If your system asks for reduced motion, the animations never start and the looping video is never fetched. Otherwise a silent ten-second loop from a property tour plays on the home page, and it carries a pause button you can reach with the keyboard. The rest of the footage waits for you: the full property tour and the videos from our channel load nothing at all until you press play. Nothing advances on a timer. There is no parallax, no numbers that count themselves up and no full-page loader. The strip of properties on the home page scrolls sideways when you scroll it and never on its own, and it is a keyboard stop, so the arrow keys move it.
Photographs are described
Every photograph we publish ourselves carries alt text written by a person for that picture. Decorative images are marked as decorative so a screen reader skips them rather than reading a filename. When a photograph arrives from another brokerage with no description attached, what stands in for it names the property rather than describing a picture nobody here has seen.
Structure a screen reader can navigate
One h1 per page, headings in order, a skip link to the main content, and every major section named so it appears in a landmarks list. The navigation drawer traps focus while it is open and returns it to the button that opened it.
It works without JavaScript doing the work
Pages are rendered on the server. Listing filters and sorting are real links with real URLs, so they work with keyboard, with a screen reader, and with a shared or bookmarked address.
Text, at a size meant for reading
Body copy is 17 pixels with generous line spacing, and it reflows to your zoom level rather than resisting it. Nothing depends on hovering, and nothing depends on colour alone. A listing status is always the word as well as the colour.
No accessibility overlay
This site does not use an automatic accessibility widget. They interfere with the screen readers and browser settings people already have configured. The page itself is fixed instead.

Listing content
Property descriptions, photographs and documents on listings from other brokerages arrive here as those brokerages wrote them. We cannot rewrite another office’s alt text or repair a scanned floor plan that has no text layer in it. What we can do is read any of it to you, or send you the substance in a form that works. On the listings we take ourselves, the descriptions and the alt text are written here.
Third-party viewers
A listing that arrives with a 3D walkthrough or a video tour shows it in the vendor’s own viewer, running inside our page. We did not build those controls and we cannot repair them. No embed is ever the only route to the information: the street address, the town, the price and the full specification are in text on the same page. There is no interactive map anywhere on this site. The office address is written out with a directions link beside it, and the towns we cover are listed in words at the foot of every page.
Accessibility here is checked as work is done, and a barrier reported by a person who hit it takes priority over one found by a tool. If you want to know whether something specific is fixed, ask. We will tell you, including when the answer is not yet.
For a barrier in the housing rather than in this website, such as a landlord refusing a reasonable accommodation or an assistance animal treated as a pet, the fair housing page has the protected characteristics in full and the three places to complain. If it is simply easier to talk to somebody, contact is the shortest route.
