Lia Carminati holds the broker's licence this brokerage runs on, and she answers her own phone: she reviews your first offer and she picks up at nine at night when a deal is coming apart over an inspection item. The office works in English and Brazilian Portuguese, and its home ground is the two- and three-family investor market north of Boston.

We do not publish a split. It depends on what you bring and what you need, and it is settled on the first call, with the broker, against your own numbers.
