What each one stops.
They are separate channels, so stopping one does not stop the others. If you want everything to end, the fastest single instruction is on the last one.

Reply STOP to any text
All text messages, immediately.
Send the word STOP as a reply to any message from us. Your carrier acts on it at their end, so it works whether or not anyone here is at a desk, and it cannot be overridden from our side. Reply HELP to the same number if you want a person instead of an opt-out.

Use the link at the bottom of an alert
One listing alert. Your other alerts and your emails keep running.
Every saved-search email carries its own unsubscribe link, tied to that search only. One click, no login, no confirmation email. If you set up three searches and only one of them has gone stale, this is the right tool. It leaves the other two alone.

Email the office
Whatever you ask it to, including everything.
Write to info@beliveinrealty.com and say what you want changed. “Stop the texts but keep the new listings” and “remove me from everything” are both complete instructions. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.

Call or text a person
Anything, and it is confirmed in the same conversation.

What opting out does not switch off
Two things keep coming.
Your own transaction
If you are under agreement with us, the messages about that deal are not marketing and they do not stop: a signature request, an inspection time, a lender deadline, a closing detail. When the transaction closes, so does that thread.
Something you ask us for
Sending us a new question after you have opted out is a request for an answer, and you will get one. That reply does not put you back on a list. The preference you set stands until you change it.
How we got your number in the first place
Only one way: you typed it into a form on this site. We do not buy lists, we do not scrape numbers, and we do not add anybody a third party hands us. Whether we may then text you or dial you automatically is a separate question, and the consent box beside the submit button is what answers it. Ticking it is optional, and if you left it alone we hold the number without that permission. The exact sentence beside the box is reproduced on the terms and SMS page, along with what the text programme sends and how often.
Agreeing to be contacted was never a condition of buying, selling, being shown a house or getting a valuation from us, and withdrawing it does not change any of those either. Who sees the information, how long it is kept and how to have it removed are all in the privacy policy.
