Lia Carminati

Lia holds the brokerage licence for Be Live in Realty and works the Lynn and North Shore market in English and Brazilian Portuguese. She came to real estate from construction — she has been part-owner of a painting and construction company for years — which is why she is the person clients bring to a walkthrough when they want to know what a repair is actually going to cost. She works with sellers, with buyers, and with the small investors who make up most of the two- and three-family market north of Boston.
