Stephanie Martins

Stephanie Martins has been helping clients navigate the Massachusetts property market since 2012, and is licensed in New Hampshire as well. She works with buyers and sellers across Boston, Greater Boston, the North Shore and MetroWest, with experience in residential and commercial property, rentals, investments and renovations for resale.

Stephanie sets out to be an adviser her clients can rely on. Focused on negotiation and strategy, she helps resolve the problems that come up during a transaction and stays with each person through to the close.

She holds a master's in Public Administration and a degree in Government, and takes an active part in public service and community work. Outside work she enjoys travelling, watching the sunset, days at the beach and being outdoors.
