Led by Lia Carminati
Broker & Owner
Be Live In Realty is a Massachusetts brokerage based in Lynn, working across the North Shore and Greater Boston. Before opening it, Lia led the Be Live In team, and before that the MG Group, inside Century 21 North East.
She trained as a lawyer and practised in Brazil, and came to real estate through construction: she co-owns LC Painting & Construction with her husband Lourenço, a general contractor and developer, and lends as a hard money lender with Crowd Lending Inc.
A lawyer's habit of reading a contract line by line. A builder's sense of what a repair will really cost.
That is the experience the brokerage brings to buyers, to sellers, and to the investors behind most of the two- and three-family market north of Boston.
